What is 5kCrate?

  • 5kCrate is a premium subscription that ships quarterly essentials centered around the running lifestyle for both men and women. Each quarter, members will receive a hand curated box of apparel, gear, accessories and more from well known brands, as well as upcoming emerging brands.

Is Shipping Included?

  • YES, for domestic orders only. 

Do you ship internationally?

  • Not at the moment unfortunately, subscribe to our newsletter for the latest updates. 

When does the box ship?

  • The box ships quarterly. The breakdown for seasonal boxes is as follows (subject to change):
    • Winter - January
    • Spring - April
    • Summer - July
    • Fall - October
  • Each quarter, you are billed on the 15th of the first month of each quarter and your box will ship on the 21st of that month. Shipping may take up to 3-7 business days from the day your box is shipped. 

How do I cancel my monthly subscription?

  • We really, really, really hope that you never want to cancel, but if you absolutely need to please email us at info@5kcrate.com and we will take care of your request immediately. In your email please provide us with your name, address and phone number.

Can I return my box?

  • We do not accept any returns. Please contact us at www.info@5kcrate.com with any questions or concerns in regards to this. 

When will I be charged?

  • You first are billed upon initial sign up. Every quarter, according to above timeline, you will be billed on the 15th of the month. If you purchased an annual subscription, you will be be billed up to two weeks prior to re-billing for your subscription on the 15th.
